This site, search.daverotundorealty.com, is run by Dave Rotundo Jr., REALTOR®, e-PRO®, MRP, with RE/MAX 1st Choice Realty (219 N. Columbia Ave, Rincon, GA). What we collect

• What you send us. When you request a tour, ask a question, ask about pre-approval, save a search or sign in at an open house, we collect what you type: usually your name, email, phone number, message, the homes you asked about, your search preferences, how often you want alerts, and whether we may text you.
• On your own device. Homes you save with ♡ stay in your browser. We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working and secure. We don't use advertising cookies.
• Basic technical data. Like any website, our hosting service sees your IP address and browser type. We use it to keep the site secure and to stop spam.

How we use it

• To answer your questions, set up showings and help you buy or sell a home.
• To send the home alerts and follow-up emails you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To text you, only if you said we may. Reply STOP anytime.
• If you ask about pre-approval and pick a lender, Dave may pass your contact details to that lender so they can help you.

We do not sell your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's advertising.

Services that help run the site

These companies handle data for us only to provide their service:

• Vercel (hosting) and Cloudflare Turnstile (stops spam sign-ups)
• Notion (Dave's client records) and Resend (sends our emails)
• Anthropic (powers the AI home finder when you type a question)
• MapTiler (maps) and Realtyna with Hive MLS (listing information)

Home Scout and social media

Home Scout is Dave's private app for running his business. It is used only by Dave. With his permission, it connects to his own Facebook page, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok accounts to publish his own posts and videos and to read how they perform. It does not collect information about other people from those sites. The access keys are stored securely on our hosting service and are never shared. Dave can remove Home Scout's access at any time in each site's settings.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email, or reply STOP to texts.
• Ask us to see, correct or delete your information: email dave@daverotundorealty.com with the subject "Privacy request." We'll answer within 30 days. Some records may need to be kept for real estate or legal reasons; we'll tell you if so.

Keeping it safe and how long we keep it

We use HTTPS everywhere, keep access keys out of the website's pages, and limit who can see client records. We keep your information while we're working with you and afterward as needed for real estate records, or until you ask us to delete it.

Children

This site is for adults buying or selling homes. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
